Since I started sharing more about our keto dinners on my Insta Stories, I've been getting so many questions about what we eat week to week for dinner. Before we started Keto, I recycled my menu each week. I was willing to eat the same things over and over, but with this "diet" I find that I like to switch things up a little more and try new recipes. Now don't get me wrong family favorites usually get recycled! Those favorites are meatballs and homemade marinara, tacos (duh), and burgers. I usually will try new burger recipes though.
I've shared before that I don't believe eating Keto (while staying in ketosis) is possible without meal planning. I've tried it and I've failed! Since a large part of my community eats Keto or is interested in Keto, I thought I'd start a SUMMER SERIES and share our meals each week with y'all. Just think of it as your own personal meal planner! Each week you'll get a menu and shopping list. Hey, if you have a grocery pick up or delivery service your work is pretty much DONE! Except for the whole cooking thing, I guess!

You will probably notice some of the recipes I pin aren't necessarily "Keto." ADAPT! Remove any breading or sub it for almond or coconut flour and take out any sugar or sugar additives. Most recipes can easily be made keto friendly by removing 1 or 2 ingredients!
