Any other neutral girls out there? I am normally drawn to more muted tones and rarely do I even try on anything brightly colored. It’s my comfort zone. I don’t like to stand out too much. I don’t wear bright lip stick (unless it’s game day and I need a pop of red for my Falcons, RISE UP!) and I certainly don’t buy anything orange! Anyone else remember Elle Woods quote in Legally Blonde??

“Whoever said orange was the new pink was seriously disturbed?”

But it’s (supposed to be) Spring and I am so over these grey days!! So I decided I would tippy toe out of my comfort zone.

Speaking of comfort zones….

I recently read a quote that said… “It is impossible to grow inside comfort zones. The only way to grow is to suffer.” As a mom I feel I’m constantly being pulled out of my comfort zone! Being comfortable means taking a shower daily, sleeping without a child in the bed, and having my house stay clean for longer than 15 minutes! Those things definitely don’t happen on a regular basis in my current season of life. But I’m no where near perfect and I do want to be a better wife, mother, as well as a more successful blogger and business owner. I think often times we consider suffering all physical, but changing our mindset is often times much harder. It’s crazy how quickly my mind will tell my body “NO” and I simply say “Okay!” I’m learning to say yes to my crazy ideas even though they may. not be exactly what makes me the most comfortable. Heres’ to GROWTH!

I paired this great palazzo pant romper with my favorite denim espadrilles and I tied a black and white scarf around my wrist to give this look a festival vibe. I could also see a super cute Panama hat added to this look! This spring and summer, I’ll be wearing this romper to the vineyard with my family, on date nights with my husband, and on our family beach trip!
